Day 22 of the 23 Day Fitness Challenge almost brings this challenge to its destination. You’ve been absolutely fantastic and brilliant through this journey. What would make this even better is finishing it off really strong. So go ahead, and lets conclude to what would be your penultimate challenge.

 

Day 22: Break expectations !

Equipment Required: Running shoes and a Yoga mat

 

Perform 5 sets of the routine below

 

20 Side step Push up (watch video)

20 Power Squats (watch video)

20 Mountain Climbers (watch video)

20 Jump Lunges (watch video)

20 Hip Bridges (watch video)

20 Burpees (watch video)

20 Spiderman (watch video)

20 Scissor Kicks (watch video)

20 Russian Twists (watch video)

Warm Up: Light Jog or Spot Jog for 5 Minutes

Cool Down: Stretch! (DO NOT SKIP THIS) (watch video)
