Day 16 – 23 Day Fitness Challenge

Day 16 of the 23 Day Fitness Challenge !

The routine for Day 16 takes us back to the Surya Namaskar. Perform the routine on a Yoga mat. You can perform the same in your room or even outdoors.

Day 16: Salute the Sun

Equipment required: Just a Yoga mat !

Warm Up: Light Jog or Spot Jog for 5 Minutes

  • Perform 10 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) using the 12 step process. (watch video)
  • Perform 10 repetitions in a round (set)
  • Aim to complete 9 rounds (sets)
  • Take sufficient breaks
  • Feel the burn

You’ve done this before and I know you’ll do it again. Stay focused as you perform the Surya Namaskar. Breathe through the 12 steps. Focus on completing the 9 Rounds (sets)
