The 23 Day Fitness Challenge enters Day 11

Day 11 of the 23 Day Fitness Challenge is about mixing up what you did through the past 10 Days. Ease in and enjoy every bit of it.  😉

 

Day 11: Pushing your limits

Equipment required – Yoga mat

Perform the routine below in a linear manner (just like Day 1). Your rest between changing exercises should not exceed 30 seconds. Take a break for 1-2 minutes after completing a round (Set). Try and complete 3 Rounds (Sets) of the routine.

Warm Up: Light Jog or Spot Jog for 5 Minutes

20 Squat and Side Kicks (watch video)

20 Burpees (watch video)

20 Lunge and Twist (watch video)

20 Push up with Knee Tucks (watch video)

20 Spiderman (watch video)

20 Plank Jacks (watch video)

20 Mountain Climbers (watch video)

20 Tricep Dips on a chair (watch video)

20 Squat Jacks (watch video)

20 Skaters (watch video)

10 Leg Raises (watch video)
