Day 10 – 23 Day Fitness Challenge

This is Day 10 of the 23 Day Fitness Challenge !

The routine for Day 10 takes us back to the Surya Namaskar. Perform the routine on a Yoga mat. You can perform the same in your room or even outdoors.

Day 10: Ignite the fire within

Equipment required: Just a Yoga mat !

Warm Up: Light Jog or Spot Jog for 5 Minutes

 

  • Perform 10 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) using the 12 step process. (watch video)
  • Perform 10 repetitions in a round (set)
  • Aim to complete 7 rounds (sets)
  • Take sufficient breaks
  • You’ve reached Day 10. Push yourself to complete those 7 rounds (sets)

You’ve done this before and I know you’ll do it again. Stay focused and channelise your energies as you perform the Surya Namaskar. Ignite the fire within and breathe through it.
